Meet Dr. Jae Chung
Dr. Jae Chung
With over 10 years of experience serving the communities of Queens and The Bronx across 5 locations, Dr. Jae Chung is specialized in treating motor vehicle accident patients, utilizing a combination of advanced chiropractic techniques to help restore spinal health and alleviate pain. As a skilled chiropractor, Dr. Jae is passionate about guiding patients through personalized recovery plans that not only address immediate pain relief but also correct underlying postural imbalances for lasting health.
Dr. Jae is certified in Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP), a cutting-edge, evidence-based approach that focuses on evaluating and correcting spinal posture. This method combines imaging, precise adjustments, and customized rehabilitation exercises to reshape and realign the spine for optimal function and long-term relief. Dr. Jae uses a unique combination of manual and instrument-assisted techniques, drop table adjustments, and spinal orthotics to specifically target and correct misalignments caused by trauma, helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and prevent future injuries.
Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) care is a unique chiropractic method that goes beyond traditional spinal adjustments. It focuses on not just alleviating pain but also improving spinal structure and posture over time. CBP techniques are rooted in scientific research and aim to restore proper spinal alignment, enhance nervous system function, and reduce the risk of recurring injuries.
In addition to CBP, Dr. Jae is trained in Active Release Technique (ART), a specialized soft tissue therapy designed to relieve muscle tightness and improve flexibility, and Kinesio Taping, which helps to support and stabilize muscles and joints while promoting healing.
Dr. Jae takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to ensure the best possible outcomes. Each patient’s care plan is tailored to their unique needs, and Dr. Jae works closely with them throughout their recovery journey, offering education, support, and consistent follow-up to monitor progress.
